Ngữ pháp

Verb in the present participle form

× I try to write stories and poems but I'm not creative enough to come up with my original ideas. But I do enjoy your reading. Other people's writings.

I try to write stories and poems, but I'm not creative enough to come up with my own ideas. However, I do enjoy reading other people's writings.

Error: 'your reading' is incorrect; the student meant 'reading' as a noun plus the object 'other people's writings'. Also 'my original ideas' is odd; 'my own ideas' is the correct collocation. Suggestion: use 'reading' without 'your', and replace 'original' with 'own' for natural English.

Incorrect use of the definite article

× I mostly like to write poems because I find poems very interesting and it can help me express. Things that cannot be expressed into words. My favorite poem is Sylvia Path.

I mostly like to write poems because I find them very interesting and they help me express things that cannot be put into words. My favorite poet is Sylvia Plath.

Errors: inconsistent reference to 'poems' (use pronoun 'them') and wrong verb agreement ('it can help' should be 'they help'). Sentence fragments: 'Things that...' should be part of the previous sentence. Also 'express into words' is incorrect collocation; use 'put into words'. 'Sylvia Path' is misspelt and 'poem' vs 'poet' confusion: likely the student meant poet Sylvia Plath. Suggestion: combine fragments, ensure pronoun agreement, correct collocation and proper name spelling.

Present tense issue

× Well, of course, as my experience and maturity senses according to time and circumstances, the things I write with obviously sense and I would write according to the situation, like I'm adapting to it, so there isn't a constant feeling it's ever changing.

Well, of course, as my experience and maturity change over time and with circumstances, the things I write make more sense and I write according to the situation; I'm adapting to it, so there is no constant feeling — it's always changing.

Errors: awkward tense and word choices ('maturity senses' incorrect), word order and subject-verb agreement. 'the things I write with obviously sense' is ungrammatical; use 'make more sense'. 'there isn't a constant feeling it's ever changing' confused negatives; better: 'there is no constant feeling — it's always changing.' Suggestion: simplify clauses, use correct verbs ('change over time'), and clear connectors.

Incorrect use of pronouns

× It depends on the situation. If I'm doing doing my homework or assignments then I would prefer prefer typing because it's fast and I can erase my mistakes and redo it. Or if I'm writing some stories or poems then I would prefer writing by hand because it helps me express and feel and evoke my emotions.

It depends on the situation. If I'm doing my homework or assignments, I prefer typing because it's faster and I can erase my mistakes and redo them. If I'm writing stories or poems, I prefer writing by hand because it helps me express, feel, and evoke my emotions.

Errors: duplicated words 'doing doing' and 'prefer prefer'; pronoun/verb agreement 'redo it' should match plural 'mistakes' -> 'redo them'; comparative 'fast' -> 'faster' comparing two methods. Suggestion: remove duplicates, use comparative form when comparing, and ensure pronouns agree with their antecedents.

Incorrect use of quantifiers

× I don't usually keep dairy, the last time I keep dairy when I was really young, about 10 years old, where I wrote everything I did whole day. But now at the present I just use my notes app in the phone to keep the important stops.

I don't usually keep a diary; the last time I kept a diary was when I was very young, about ten years old, when I wrote everything I did during the whole day. But now I use the Notes app on my phone to record important things.

Errors: 'dairy' (food product) vs 'diary' (journal) wrong word choice and article usage ('a diary'). Tense: 'keep' should be past 'kept'. Awkward phrase 'where I wrote' -> 'when I wrote'; 'whole day' -> 'during the whole day'. 'notes app in the phone' -> 'Notes app on my phone'. 'important stops' is incorrect; likely 'important stuff' or 'things'. Suggestion: correct vocabulary, use past tense for past habits, and use appropriate prepositions and articles.

Past tense issue

× Well I used to record my life in the diary at past but now I use my notesafe on the phone or I just record a video or save a pictures for nostalgic reason.

Well, I used to record my life in a diary in the past, but now I use a notes app on my phone, or I just record a video or save pictures for nostalgic reasons.

Errors: redundant 'at past' -> 'in the past'; 'the diary' -> 'a diary'; 'notesafe' unclear — likely 'notes app'; article 'a pictures' incorrect -> 'pictures'; 'nostalgic reason' -> plural 'nostalgic reasons'. Suggestion: use correct past expression 'used to' with 'in the past', correct app name 'Notes app', and ensure noun plurality and articles are correct.
